HQ + Warehouse

The company’s vibrant corporate headquarters and warehouse is located in sunny Santa Fe Springs, California, and is also home for product design, marketing, sales, customer support and distribution. Frequent video conferences with product development and purchasing teams in Santa Fe Springs facilitate expeditious results to meet retailer specifications.

Atlantic’s 155,000 square-foot warehouse and distribution hub is equipped with the latest in automated fulfillment technology, flow racks, photo eyes, multiple shipping stations, and six high volume conveyor lines with a processing and shipping capacity of up to 50,000 packages per day.

The Shenzhen, China office is the center for experienced logistics, quality control, scheduling, shipping, product development, and factory liaison specialists.

Leo Dardashti

President & CEO


Since founding Atlantic® in 1985, Leo has been an active member of various boards and organizations, including the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) Accessories Board where he has served as a board member since 2005. Leo has contributed to the development of the accessories category by partnering with various member companies since 2002. In addition, Leo has authored 15 articles for Dealerscope and TWICE magazines, addressing products and strategies for consumer technology dealers. Leo has actively participated in the Young Presidents’ Organization since 2002 and is now an active member of World Presidents’ Organization.

Most recently, Leo was instrumental in gaining the North American sales and distribution rights to the Italian manufactured Snowsound® acoustic sound absorbing panels.

Leo started his career as a degreed Civil Engineer in 1978, and has been honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award from California State University, Los Angeles. Leo is also a horologist and avid collector of vintage Omega watches.

Michael joined Atlantic in 2013 at the inception of the Snowsound venture in North America, leading day-to-day operations. Snowsound is a global brand and an award winning leader in the architectural acoustic products market.

Michael has been instrumental in helping companies see the value of acoustic solutions, leading to high profile installations at Starbucks, NASDAQ, and many of the largest technology, financial and engineering firms in the world.

He brings a valuable background, including a business education and past professional involvement with numerous Fortune 500 companies. Michael graduated from the USC Marshall School of Business with magna cum laude honors. He gained extensive corporate experience working as an advisory consultant at Ernst & Young prior to his current Snowsound leadership role.
