WARRANTY



Atlantic Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defect in materials or workmanship. If after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

PRIVACY POLICY



Atlantic, Inc. is committed to maintaining a privacy policy that benefits each individual customer's preferences. We are dedicated to maintaining our customer's confidence and trust, and accordingly maintain the following policies to protect personal information you provide online.

Email Addresses



We do not collect our customers' Email addresses (or any other personally identifying information) except when you provide that information to us. We do maintain a list of the Email addresses our customers provide so we can send out promotional messages about our products and news updates from Atlantic, Inc.

Credit Card Transactions



This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. To protect you, our valued customer, your credit card information is encrypted before it leaves your browser. We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your order information during our online checkout process. (Please note the lock or key in your browser's status bar.) When you make a purchase using your credit card, the transactional information, including your credit card number, is stored on our back end server (not our Web server) for archival purposes only, and will never be sent back through the Internet for any reason.

Ecommerce Return Policy



Atlantic Inc.'s e-Commerce Return Policy is simple; If your Atlantic product is defective or you are not satisfied with your product we will take it back within 30 days of purchase. Non defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee & shipping charges will not be credited.

Return Merchandise Authorization



If you are not satisfied with the recent purchase of your Atlantic product or it was defective out of the box Atlantics Returns Department will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you via return e-mail within 24 hours of receipt

Atlantic will refund the cost of freight for any error we have caused.

Please use UPS to return your purchase.

Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to apply to your account.

Cancelling an Order



At Atlantic, we are committed to fulfilling orders in the next 48-72 hours. This service can make it difficult to cancel an order. If by the time you attempt to cancel an order, the order has shipped, Atlantic cannot stop the delivery to you.

To cancel an order please e-mail customer_relations@atlantic-inc.com. You will need to provide your Order # and the item number to be canceled. If we are unable to cancel the order, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours.
